A chatbot that
actually helps.

Trained on your documentation, honest about what it does not know, and handing over to a human the moment it should. Nobody has ever enjoyed talking to a bad chatbot.

§ 01Scope Agreed in writing before we start

Everything included in AI Chatbots.

Scope is agreed in writing before we start. Nothing on this list is an upsell discovered halfway through.

Support chatbot

Answers from your help centre, policies and product docs, with citations and a clean escalation path to your team.

Lead qualification bot

Asks the qualifying questions your sales team would ask, books the meeting and writes the summary into your CRM.

WhatsApp & messaging

Deploy on WhatsApp Business, Messenger, Instagram and Slack — wherever your customers already are.

Multilingual support

Answer in the customer's language without maintaining a separate knowledge base for each one.

Human handover

Seamless transfer with full conversation context into Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot or Freshdesk. No repeating the story.

Analytics & tuning

Every conversation reviewed for gaps. Unanswered questions become knowledge base articles, which makes the bot better each month.

Answers grounded strictly in your approved content, with sources shown
Explicit refusal and handover when confidence is below threshold
Never quotes prices, policies or commitments that are not in your source content
A visible route to a human on every single screen, never buried
Weekly review of failed conversations, feeding straight back into content
§ 02 — Our approach

A bot that says “I do not know” is worth more than one that guesses.

Customers forgive a bot that cannot help and hands them to a person quickly. They do not forgive one that invents a refund policy. We tune for honest refusal and fast escalation, then close the gaps by improving your documentation — which helps your human agents too.

§ 03Delivery Four stages

Four stages, no black box.

STEP 01

Content audit

We assess your help centre, policies and FAQs — what exists, what is out of date, and what is missing entirely.

STEP 02

Build & train

Knowledge base ingestion, retrieval tuning, tone of voice, guardrails and escalation rules configured to your team's structure.

STEP 03

Test with real questions

We run your last few hundred real support conversations through it and score the answers before a customer ever sees it.

STEP 04

Launch & improve

Staged rollout starting with your highest-volume topics, then weekly tuning based on what people actually ask.

§ 04 — Toolkit

The tools behind the work.

We pick tools for how well they will age, not for how they look on a capabilities slide. Everything here is something we use weekly.

Claude OpenAI Pinecone Zendesk Intercom HubSpot WhatsApp Business API Twilio Slack

Our inbox used to open at 400 tickets on a Monday. It now sits just under 200 because the bot has already closed the rest overnight, and the handovers arrive with the full context. Our agents actually like it, which I did not expect.

§ 05Questions Asked before signing

AI Chatbots questions we get asked.

How does it know about our business?
We ingest your help centre, product documentation, policies and past support conversations into a retrieval system. The bot answers from that content and cites where each answer came from, rather than from general knowledge about your industry.
What if it gives a wrong answer?
Retrieval grounding, confidence thresholds and refusal behaviour make this uncommon, and citations mean a customer can check. Every conversation is logged and reviewed weekly, so a bad answer becomes a content fix rather than a recurring problem. Nothing about pricing, refunds or legal commitments is generated without an approved source.
Can customers reach a human?
Always, from any point in the conversation. The bot also escalates on its own when it is unsure, when sentiment turns negative, or when the topic is on your escalation list. Full context transfers so the customer never repeats themselves.
Which channels can it run on?
Your website, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Slack and Microsoft Teams, plus inside your existing helpdesk. One knowledge base serves all of them.
How long does it take to launch?
Typically three to five weeks. Most of that is content work rather than engineering — the bot is only as good as the documentation it reads, and that audit usually improves your help centre for human readers too.
