Accessibility Statement

We sell accessible design to clients, so it would be poor form not to hold this site to the same standard. This page says what we target, what we have tested, and what we know is not perfect yet.

Our target

This site aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is the standard we build to for client work as well, and the one most accessibility regulations reference.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading order on every page
• Colour contrast checked against AA thresholds for all text and interface elements
• Every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus style
• Form fields with associated labels, and errors announced to screen readers
• Alternative text on meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
• Motion and animation disabled automatically when a visitor has "reduce motion" enabled
• Content remains readable and usable at 200% zoom and at 320px width
• Page content never depends on JavaScript to be readable

How we tested

Automated checks with axe and Lighthouse on every template, plus manual keyboard-only navigation and screen reader passes using VoiceOver on macOS and NVDA on Windows. We re-test whenever a template changes rather than only at launch.

Known limitations

We would rather list these than pretend they do not exist:

• The horizontal testimonial slider is operable with a keyboard and by scrolling, but does not yet announce position ("item 2 of 6") to screen readers. We are fixing this.
• Some illustrative graphics in case studies are decorative and carry no alternative text; the same information is always available in the surrounding text.
• Third-party web fonts may briefly show a fallback typeface on very slow connections.

Accessibility in our client work

Accessibility is included in every build we deliver rather than sold as an add-on. We design for it from wireframe stage, test it before launch, and hand over documentation so your team can maintain it. If you need a formal audit of an existing site, we do that as a standalone piece of work.
