We are not a vendor. We are the team you were about to hire.

No account manager relaying messages to a junior. You talk to the people building the thing — a strategist, a designer and an engineer, in one channel, on your timezone.

Outcome briefs

Every project starts with the number we are moving, not the pages we are making.

Two-week rhythm

Something real ships every fortnight. You never wait three months to see progress.

You own everything

Code, accounts, domains, design files. Handed over on day one, not on exit.

Support that answers

A named engineer, a real SLA and a status page. Not a shared inbox.

§ 04 Process Five stages · fixed rituals

A process with no black box in the middle.

The most common complaint about agencies is not the work — it is the silence. Here is exactly what happens, and when.

Stage 01

Discover

We interview your team and your customers, audit what exists, and agree the single metric this project has to move. You get a written brief before anyone opens a design tool.

Stage 02

Architect

Information architecture, user flows, technical approach and a realistic plan. This is where we kill the features that would have quietly eaten a third of the budget.

Stage 03

Design

Wireframes to a full design system, reviewed with you at every milestone. Components, states and accessibility rules — not a set of pretty static screens.

Stage 04

Build & test

Two-week sprints on a staging URL you can open whenever you like. Automated tests, performance budgets, cross-device QA and a security pass before anything reaches production.

Stage 05

Launch & grow

Deployment, analytics, training and documentation. Then the interesting part: monthly reviews where we read the data together and decide the next improvement.

What it is actually like to work with us.

Feedback from founders, marketing leads and operations managers we have shipped with.

We had been through two agencies before Cyboq and both handed us something that looked good and converted badly. This team asked about margin before they asked about colours. Ten months on, revenue per session is up 64% and I finally understand why.

The honest part is that they talked us out of about a third of what we asked for. Half our feature list would have been dead weight. What shipped was smaller, faster and our no-show rate dropped 38% in the first quarter.

SEO agencies usually send a report full of words like “visibility”. Cyboq sent us a spreadsheet of the 42 terms that matter and then went and won them. Organic is now our largest source of qualified leads.

I was sceptical about the AI thing — a lot of noise in that space. They started with one narrow workflow, proved it saved 31 hours a week, and only then expanded. That sequencing is why it worked.

Communication was the difference. One channel, replies inside a few hours, and a staging link I could show my board on a Friday afternoon without warning anyone first.

Our support inbox used to open at 400 tickets on a Monday. The chatbot they trained on our documentation now closes just over half of them before anyone clocks in, and it hands over cleanly when it should.

§ 06 Questions Asked before signing
How long does a typical project take?
A marketing website is usually 4–7 weeks. E-commerce runs 6–12 weeks depending on catalogue and integrations. Mobile apps start around 12 weeks. AI automation pilots are deliberately short — we aim to have something running in 2–3 weeks so you can judge it on evidence rather than a proposal.
How do you charge?
Fixed scope for defined projects, monthly retainers for ongoing marketing, SEO and support. We send a written proposal with the deliverables, timeline and total before any work begins, and we do not invoice for anything that was not agreed in writing. Talk to us about budget honestly and we will tell you plainly whether it is realistic.
Do we own the code and the accounts?
Yes, entirely. Repositories, hosting, domains, ad accounts, analytics and design files are created in your name or transferred to you at handover. We do not hold anything hostage, and leaving us should be boring rather than painful.
Can you work with our existing site instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes — and we will say so if that is the better call. Plenty of sites need a performance pass, an information architecture fix and a conversion rework rather than a rebuild. We audit first and recommend the cheaper path when it exists.
Is the AI work actually useful or just a buzzword?
Fair question. We only recommend AI where there is a repetitive, high-volume task with a measurable cost — quoting, triage, support answers, content operations. We scope a narrow pilot, measure it against how the work is done today, and drop it if the numbers do not hold up. Roughly one in five ideas we assess does not survive that test.
Do you work with clients in other timezones?
Yes — clients across 18 countries so far. We agree a shared overlap window at kickoff, keep everything in one channel, and record any meeting you cannot attend. Asynchronous by default, live when it actually helps.

We will tell you if we are the right team.

A 30-minute call, no deck, no pressure. You will leave with a clear opinion on scope, timeline and budget — even if you never work with us.
